The Accounting program prepares the student to understand and perform basic accounting functions in government, industry, and business offices. This program also provides "hands-on" training in automated accounting, computerized billing and inventory systems. Typical placement opportunities would be as an entry-level junior accountant, assistant auditor, purchasing specialist, tax preparer, payroll assistant, and accountant paraprofessional.

PLACEMENT RATE 85% Training Related for graduates of this program during the 2010-11 program year. (As required by the US Department of Education, the rate is determined by the calculations required by our accrediting body, Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools who require that backup data be submitted annually.)
